Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is looking for four Product Quality Assurance professionals to test and evaluate the performance of online betting platforms. This role involves identifying errors, running tests, providing feedback, and ensuring product quality before release.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Quality Risk Assessment – Identify critical quality risks and effectively communicate findings.
✔ Product Testing & Evaluation – Test new features and products to maintain high-quality standards.
✔ Bug Identification & Reporting – Analyze and monitor product performance, report bugs, and suggest solutions.
✔ Competitive Analysis – Research competitor platforms, identify innovations, and enhance Hollywoodbets products.
✔ Software Testing & Execution – Develop test cases, track metrics, and review test results.
✔ Process Improvement – Identify platform risks, propose enhancements, and streamline business operations.
✔ User Documentation – Assist in creating user manuals for system applications.
✔ Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with product teams and developers to ensure a smooth user experience.
✔ Strategic Thinking & Market Awareness – Stay informed about betting industry trends and customer needs.
Job Requirements
✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Knowledge of betting products & platforms.
✔ Experience in Quality Assurance Testing (advantageous but not required).
✅ Skills & Competencies:
✔ Detail-Oriented & Analytical – Ability to identify bugs, errors, and risks in betting platforms.
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Ability to document and report issues clearly and effectively.
✔ Problem-Solving Ability – Propose solutions for improving product functionality and user experience.
