Key Responsibilities:
📈 Sales Growth & Business Expansion
- Call on new and existing customers to drive sales and business growth.
- Develop and expand underperforming sales routes in the assigned area.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
🏪 Retail & Chain Store Sales Management
- Work closely with chain stores and independent retailers to optimize sales.
- Ensure product availability and maximize shelf space for Tiger Brands products.
🎯 Target Achievement & Performance Management
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
🚗 Operational Efficiency & Compliance
- Conduct regular route ride-alongs to assess market conditions.
- Manage company car and cell phone expenses as per company policies.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Education & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in FMCG.
- Experience working in both formal and informal trade sectors.
✅ Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and under pressure.
- MS Excel proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license (essential).
