Key Responsibilities:
📊 Marketing of Financial Products
- Promote and sell funeral insurance policies, savings plans, and related financial products to a wide client base.
- Engage with customers and identify their financial protection needs.
- Provide expert advice and educate clients about available financial products.
📅 Client Relationship Management
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct follow-ups and renewals to drive customer loyalty and increase policy uptake.
🏠 Sales Operations & Administrative Duties
- Achieve sales targets through effective marketing and relationship building.
- Document and report on all client transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
✅ Educational Background & Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification (with 30 credits on NQF Level 4).
- Marketing experience in the insurance or financial services industry is essential.
- RE 5 qualification will be an advantage.
✅ Regulatory Compliance
- Must comply with FAIS legislation for Fit and Proper registration.
- Clear ITC credit record and criminal record.
✅ Additional Requirements
- Driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Cell phone (advantageous).
