Policy Administration and Claims Support

Assist with claims, policy services, and premium-related administration.

Manage client data and records accurately on the system.

Financial and Cash Handling Duties

Manage petty cash responsibly.

Collect premium payments and process refunds.

Prepare daily banking for submission to the finance department.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

Grade 12 (Matric).
-
FAIS Category B accredited with 140 Long Term Insurance credits.

A recognized qualification in line with FSCA requirements.
-
RE5 Certificate.
-
Clear ITC and criminal record.
Experience Needed

At least 2 to 3 years of experience in the Life Assurance industry, preferably in Client Services or Policy Maintenance.

2 to 3 years of administration experience.

Familiarity with AVBOB’s production system will be an advantage.
