Key Responsibilities
As a Technician at AFGRI Dalton, you will be responsible for:

Repairs and Maintenance

Perform repair and maintenance tasks on tractors, implements, and related agricultural equipment.

Ensure that all technical work meets company and industry standards.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved within the required turnaround time.

Administration and Reporting

Accurately complete and update job cards for all work performed.

Health and Safety Compliance

Minimum Requirements
Education and Training

N2 qualification as a Technician.
Work Experience

At least 3 years of relevant experience, including time spent as an Apprentice.
Technical Knowledge and Competencies

Valid driver’s licence.

Strong technical knowledge of tractors and agricultural equipment.

Good product knowledge for repairs and maintenance.
