Position Overview

TWK Agri is seeking a Floor Advisor to join its Trade Division at the Ermelo Retail branch in Mpumalanga. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual with strong product knowledge, customer service skills, and a passion for agriculture.

The Floor Advisor will be responsible for advising customers on agricultural input products, managing stock, supporting merchandising activities, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional advice and support to customers on the sales floor
  • Order, merchandise, and sell agricultural input stock
  • Conduct monthly stock counts and inventory control checks
  • Assist customers with product selection and usage guidance
  • Sort, store, and manage goods in accordance with company standards
  • Maintain merchandising displays and product visibility
  • Adhere to Health and Safety regulations at all times
  • Be willing to work overtime when operationally required

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
  • Computer literacy
  • Product knowledge of agricultural input products and Veterinary Medicine
  • Strong marketing and sales skills
  • Hardworking with the ability to work under pressure
  • Valid Driver’s Licence (Code 08)
