Position Overview: Cosmetic Consultant Job in Richards Bay
Dis-Chem is looking for a passionate and customer-focused Cosmetic Consultant to join its store in Richards Bay. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in beauty, skincare, and cosmetics sales.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling cosmetic products while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and personalized beauty advice
- Promote and sell cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance products
- Conduct product demonstrations, makeovers, and promotional activities
- Maintain attractive merchandising and product displays
- Monitor stock levels and report damaged or expired items
- Achieve sales targets for brands and departments
- Stay updated on new products, trends, and promotions
- Manage salon bookings and customer appointments
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Retail experience as a sales consultant
- Computer literacy
- Willingness to work retail hours
