Position Overview

Motus Corporation is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative – Multi Franchise (Renault) to join its Johannesburg South dealership network.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Renault vehicle sales, engaging with customers, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals while maintaining exceptional customer relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated automotive sales professional with strong negotiation skills and a passion for vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase Renault vehicle sales
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Identify new sales opportunities within the market

Customer Engagement

  • Provide customers with detailed information on Renault models, features, and benefits
  • Conduct professional test drives and vehicle demonstrations
  • Build strong, long-term customer relationships

Sales Execution

  • Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer purchase experience

Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market conditions
  • Participate in reporting sales performance metrics

Collaboration & Events

  • Work closely with dealership team members to achieve targets
  • Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
  • Attend training sessions and product launches to enhance product knowledge

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
  • Proven experience in automotive or retail sales
  • Experience selling Renault vehicles (advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s licence with clean driving record
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Willingness to travel when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)
  • Sales training or certification (beneficial)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong understanding of automotive industry trends
