Position Overview: Waiter – Venda Plaza
Pedros is currently hiring a Waiter for its busy store located at Venda Plaza in Thohoyandou. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced restaurant environments and are passionate about delivering excellent service.
The successful candidate will ensure that customers receive quality service while maintaining food safety, hygiene, and operational standards in line with SOP.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Prepare and serve menu items according to SOP guidelines
- Maintain speed of service while ensuring product quality
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance customer experience
- Support front-of-house operations and team members
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
