Position Overview: Systems Controller (Production & FMCG Jobs South Africa)
VKB Milling is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Controller to join its Head Office team in Reitz. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in stock control, ERP systems, and FMCG operations.
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial and stock data, ensuring accurate system usage, and supporting efficient warehouse and production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ERP system (Microsoft Navision) data integrity
- Monitor and control stock movements and documentation
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in stock and system records
- Participate in monthly stock counts and audits
- Manage user access, logins, and system configurations in WMS
- Perform stock adjustments (positive/negative) with proper documentation
- Monitor stock returns, quarantined stock, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational procedures
- Support warehouse and production teams with system-related queries
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- BCom Degree or equivalent qualification
- 2–5 years’ experience in stock control, warehouse operations, or FMCG environment
- Experience with TMS and WMS systems (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Willingness to work overtime when required
