Requirements
- Qualified Wheat Miller
- 5–10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Willing to work shifts
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety legislation
- Clear criminal record
Key duties
- Reconcile raw materials processed into finished product daily
- Perform regular equipment checks with the maintenance team
- Manage personnel
- Handle quality control
- Ensure daily production targets are met
- Maintain good housekeeping
- Comply with health, safety, and other regulations
