Scope of the Role
As a Recruiter, you will source, screen and place candidates with Somewhere’s client companies. You will develop job descriptions and post them on popular job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn. You will also build candidate profiles and run outreach directly to candidates.

Source and place candidates every month with Somewhere’s client companies.
Client & Candidate Communication
Interact with both clients and candidates. Provide customer service and a fast response time to Somewhere’s US-based clients.
Candidate Profiles
Build full and complete candidate profiles.
Screening & Interviewing
Screen and interview candidates to assess their fit for client roles.
Interview Scheduling
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Job Descriptions, Job Boards & Outreach
