Role Overview:
As a Personal Shopper, you will provide expert advice, prepare orders for delivery, and assist with customer inquiries while working in-store. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience and ensuring all orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on product choices and provide excellent service
- Fulfill and manage customer orders, including payments and special instructions
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Report any product issues or supply shortages to management
- Ensure orders are accurately selected, scanned, and packed
- Assist with order collection, packaging, and payment
- Keep track of product availability and collaborate with store departments
- Prioritize tasks to meet all deliverables and support team goals
- Follow supervisor’s instructions and exemplify company values
Requirements:
- Matric
- Must be based in or near the area
- Fluent in English
- Ability to type in full sentences
