Responsibilities

Branch Growth

• Update betting boards and memos promptly.
• Be familiar with betting rules, odds, and pay-outs.

Sales Administration

• Manage cash and minimize risks.

Cash Management

• Maintain accurate float amounts.
• Declare shortages/overs to the team leader.

Customer Service

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Address complaints proactively and build relationships with customers.

Compliance

• Follow internal controls and the code of ethics.
• Escalate fraudulent activities promptly.
