Role Overview:
Join a dynamic team in a leading Telecommunications company and excel as a Telesales Consultant (B2B). This role focuses on marketing mobile and data solutions to new businesses, building lasting client relationships, and driving business growth in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to generate and close business leads.
- Market and sell mobile and data solutions to business clients.
- Build and expand long-term client relationships.
- Use CRM tools effectively to manage client accounts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Matric (Grade 12).
- Experience: At least 12 months of outbound telesales experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of mobile and data solutions.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel at an intermediate level).
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
- Additional: Must own a cell phone.
