Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and educate customers for sales and service.
- Drive digital channel migration and ensure product activation.
- Assist with account servicing, origination, and client queries.
- Perform regulatory checks (FICA, POPI, NCR).
- Handle customer engagements to identify and meet their needs.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable guidelines and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retain clients and prevent account closures.
Customer Engagement:
- Establish authentic customer interactions while safeguarding sensitive information.
- Issue cards, address queries, and refer complex matters to team leaders.
Performance Metrics:
- Meet sales targets and generate revenue.
- Achieve customer satisfaction through timely complaint resolution.
- Adhere to compliance standards to avoid operational losses.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: NQF 4 qualification.
- Preferred: Relevant NQF 5 qualification or higher (business-related field).
- Regulatory Exam (RE) qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- FAIS compliance is required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate changes and adapt quickly.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.
