Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all HR functions within a centralized environment for a group of companies
• Develop, review, and implement effective HR policies and practices
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Facilitate training and development programs
• Supervise payroll across all group companies
• Plan and calculate salary budgets
• Handle labour legislation issues, IR negotiations, and disputes, including representation at the CCMA
• Compile, implement, and maintain Employment Equity plans
• Manage skills development spending and BBBEE compliance
• Submit SETA claims and manage related processes
• Ensure effective succession planning
• Implement performance appraisal systems
• Manage Bargaining Council agreements (BCCEI)

Prerequisites

• Tertiary education: Degree/Diploma in Human Resources
• 10 years of generalist HR experience
• In-depth understanding of regulatory and legislative requirements, including advanced knowledge of Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EE & Skills Development Act)
• Proven track record with CCMA
• Experience with SDF
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS

• Validation of highest level of education
• Two valid references
• Valid South African driver’s license
