Job Purpose
The Receptionist/Personal Assistant will handle front desk responsibilities, offer administrative support to the executive team, and facilitate efficient day-to-day operations.
Education & Qualification Requirements
- Minimum Education: National Senior Certificate
- Experience: Relevant experience as a receptionist or personal assistant
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Communication: Excellent in both Afrikaans and English
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Interpersonal Skills: Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-Driven: Ability to work independently and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling in-person and telephone inquiries.
- Assist with general telephone inquiries, including providing information about courses.
- Manage the dispatch of course materials and issuance of certificates.
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Perform general office tasks and ensure smooth office operations.
- Facilitate effective communication and cooperation within the office.

- Bilingual: Proficiency in Afrikaans and English
