Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Support: Assist the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks and project management.
• Photoshoot & Video Shoot Coordination: Manage the logistics, including model sourcing, styling, and production schedules.
• Content Development: Help develop presentations, marketing briefs, and sales reports to drive brand awareness and campaigns.
• KPI Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take minutes, and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met.
• Market Research: Assist in gathering market data, analyzing trends, and preparing insights for the marketing team.
• Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and draft professional correspondence.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Marketing Administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on proofreading and detail accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• A solid understanding of various digital marketing platforms, channels, and best practices.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
• Project management experience is a plus.
