Job Description
As a Call Centre Agent at Pedros, your primary responsibility is managing incoming calls from customers, answering inquiries, providing detailed information about the restaurant, menu, and services, and ensuring orders are taken and submitted accurately.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Product Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of Pedros’ menu, including items and services offered.
- Order Management: Take delivery and collection orders over the phone, accurately recording customer preferences and instructions.
- Customer Assistance: Modify and manage existing orders, communicating any changes to the store.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Promote additional items and services to enhance the customer’s experience and increase sales.
Requirements:
- Education: Matric
- Skills: Computer literate, good phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills
- Experience:
- Experience with inbound calls
- Previous experience in a call centre or similar role
