Mango5 is looking for passionate and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join their Care Team, providing first-class service for a renowned Fashion Brand from Germany. If you have a love for fashion, thrive in customer interactions, and are fluent in German, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Manage a variety of customer interactions including orders, calls, emails, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and top-tier service.
- Proactive Outreach: Engage with customers to provide support, anticipating issues and enhancing the overall customer experience.
- Issue Prevention: Assist with order support and policy streamlining to prevent potential challenges before they arise.
- Issue Resolution: Turn negative experiences into positive ones with empathetic, solution-oriented responses to customer concerns.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and forward customer insights to help improve services and products.
Performance Metrics:
- Achieve weekly call/task targets.
- Adhere to SOPs and maintain service quality standards.
- Meet punctuality and attendance benchmarks.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Hard Skills:
- basic proficiency in English for internal communications.
- Previous customer support experience is desirable.
Soft Skills:
- Strong customer focus with a genuine desire to assist others.
- Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented, especially in challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Team player with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
- Rotational Shift:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 19:00
- Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: Market-related
- Commission Available
