TWK Agri is seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead its Trade Division in Greytown. This role requires strong leadership and operational management skills within the agricultural retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Management: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring alignment with company policies and benchmarks.
• Performance Assessment: Regularly assess and report on branch performance, implementing strategies to achieve targets.
• Stock and Shrinkage Control: Manage inventory, oversee stock-taking processes, and minimize shrinkage.
• POS and Administration: Ensure accurate and efficient point-of-sale operations and maintain general administrative responsibilities.
• HR and IR Management: Handle human resources duties, including employee development, training, and performance management.
• Customer Service and Brand Management: Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure the TWK Agri brand is well-represented.
• Merchandising and Marketing: Implement merchandising principles and marketing initiatives to maximize sales.
• Financial Oversight: Ensure that sales targets and expenses align with budget requirements and that store profitability is maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Matric/Grade 12 required. A relevant degree or diploma in a related field is advantageous.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role within the agricultural sector.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of retail management and sales of whole goods and spares.
  • Strong planning, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assertive and analytical with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Capability to train and develop team members.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a high level of attention to detail.
