Purpose of the Role:
Clover is seeking a Clerk: Administrative to handle order closures on ERMS, manage hourly Satellite and interbranch reports, and perform other administrative duties at the Clover Atlas branch.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent in Business English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willingness to work in extreme conditions.
- Personal Attributes:

Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Capture truck and driver documentation accurately.
- Record information on Satellite and interbranch reports.
- Verify and control printed invoices.
- Follow up on queries promptly.
- Assist with cash office tasks when necessary.
- Close delivery routes on the ERMS system.
