Purpose of the Role:

Clover is seeking a Clerk: Administrative to handle order closures on ERMS, manage hourly Satellite and interbranch reports, and perform other administrative duties at the Clover Atlas branch.


Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Fluent in Business English.
    • Basic computer literacy.
    • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Willingness to work in extreme conditions.
  • Personal Attributes:
    • Honesty and consistency.
    • Strong team player.
    • Effective interpersonal communication.
    • Administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Capture truck and driver documentation accurately.
  • Record information on Satellite and interbranch reports.
  • Verify and control printed invoices.
  • Follow up on queries promptly.
  • Assist with cash office tasks when necessary.
  • Close delivery routes on the ERMS system.
