Purpose of Position

Lead a store team to meet business KPIs, including driving sales, managing costs, reducing risks and stock loss, and ensuring compliance with administrative and world-class store standards.


Responsibilities

  1. Sales Growth:
    • Enhance customer service to boost sales.
    • Maintain the store’s image and standards.
    • Manage stock efficiently and implement promotions.
  2. Stock Loss Prevention:
    • Foster a positive store culture to minimize stock loss.
    • Ensure adherence to security, cash, and stock handling protocols.
  3. Cost Management:
    • Drive efficiencies to support the company’s low-cost culture.
  4. Administrative Duties:
    • Perform and manage store administration as per company guidelines.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Train, coach, and lead a team of Dynamos for optimal performance.
  6. Maintain Standards:
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

  • Education:
    • Grade 12 qualification.
    • Degree or diploma in business/retail-related fields is advantageous.
  • Experience:
    • 1-2 years of retail experience in a leadership role is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office or Google GSuite is a plus).
  • Attributes:
    • Strong passion for retail and customer experience.
    • Demonstrated integrity and proactive attitude.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Strong managerial capabilities to plan, lead, and organize.
    • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    • Willingness to work retail hours.

  • Salary: Market-related.
