Key Responsibilities
🏆 Branch Operations & Growth
- Keep betting boards, memos, results, and card changes updated.
- Understand betting rules, odds, and payout structures.
- Communicate with management for large bet approvals.
💰 Cash Handling & Security
- Manage cash transactions securely and efficiently.
- Perform daily float balancing to ensure accurate cash flow.
- Address cash shortages under R250 immediately.
🏢 Branch Maintenance & Compliance
- Keep the branch clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Report malfunctions of betting terminals or equipment.
- Follow internal control policies to prevent fraud.
- Wear the correct uniform while on duty.
- No credit bets or unauthorized betting while on duty.
🤝 Customer Service Excellence
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers.
- Address customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Build strong relationships with regular customers.
- Promote a customer-focused culture.
Requirements
✅ 1-2 years’ experience in the gaming industry.
✅ Strong understanding of betting types & procedures.
✅ Excellent customer service & communication skills.
✅ Attention to detail & problem-solving skills.
