Hollywoodbets is looking for two Marketing Assistants to join the team in Umhlanga, Durban. This role supports the marketing team in daily operations, events, promotions, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support & Administration:
- Assist in daily marketing activities & office administration.
- Maintain marketing databases & documentation.
- Support marketing events, exhibitions & promotions.
- Order, manage, and replenish marketing materials & stock.
- Branding & Promotions:
- Organize branding and marketing materials for promotions.
- Assist with market research & competitor analysis.
- Work with coordinators to execute campaigns & promotional strategies.
- General Operations:
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day department operations.
- Participate in educational opportunities & professional development.
Requirements
✅ 1 – 2 years’ experience in a marketing-related role.
✅ Strong computer & analytical skills.
✅ Creative mindset with attention to detail.
✅ Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines.
✅ Strong organizational & time management skills.
🎓 Bonus Qualifications:
✔️ Matric (Grade 12).
✔️ Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field.
