Job Overview
Hollywoodbets is hiring 3 Field Sales Agents in Ladybrand, Free State! This role requires driving mobile sales, increasing customer sign-ups, and providing excellent customer service while representing the brand professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement & Sales:
- Assist clients with account opening & betting queries.
- Drive daily sales & activations by demonstrating mobile products & services.
- Promote mobile marketing campaigns to increase sign-ups & revenue.
- Ensure new customers use the sign-up bonus and guide them on how to place bets.
- Brand Promotion & Events:
- Set up and arrange promotional displays at outlets, events & activations.
- Ensure FICA compliance by assisting customers with correct document submission.
- Maintain neat, tidy, and professional work areas to promote a positive brand image.
- Reporting & Training:
- Keep track of sales activities & provide daily progress reports.
- Attend weekly training sessions (Moodle, bet strike, Trainers on Wheels, etc.).
- Ensure proper management & safekeeping of mobile equipment.
Requirements
✅ Matric (Grade 12) required.
✅ Prior experience as a promoter or in sales/customer service is advantageous.
✅ Strong knowledge of mobile & internet betting platforms.
✅ Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
✅ Result-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets.
✅ Willingness to travel between branches and stores when required.
