Job Purpose
We are looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team at Clicks Table Bay Mall. The role involves delivering professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, driving sales, and maintaining excellent standards within the beauty department.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Consultation: Advise customers on beauty and skincare products, offering tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
- Sales Target Achievement: Maximise beauty department sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet monthly targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product ranges, trends, promotions, and events to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
- Stock Management: Efficiently manage stock, minimise shrinkage, and maintain high standards of housekeeping and administrative tasks.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure beauty department presentation and promotional standards are maintained.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by being visible, approachable, and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Clubcard Promotion: Promote the Clicks clubcard, encourage sign-ups, and achieve participation targets.
- Brand Loyalty: Increase customer loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Essential: Grade 12
- Desirable: Relevant Beauty/Skincare qualification
- Experience:
- Desirable: Experience in beauty/skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products
- Understanding of retail/FMCG principles, including merchandising and promotions
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Results-driven with a customer-focused approach
- Confidence in engaging with customers
