Job Description
We are looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead and manage the dispensary and clinic operations at Clicks The Islands. This role involves ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care, accurate dispensing, and expert advice while achieving sales, compliance, and service excellence targets. As the Pharmacy Manager, you will lead a dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving the operational and financial success of the dispensary.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure high standards in pharmaceutical care, safe dispensing, and the provision of advice in compliance with SAPC regulations.
- Oversee all dispensary operations, including stock management, shrinkage control, housekeeping, and administration, following company and regulatory standards.
- Manage the financial performance of the dispensary, focusing on core targets, expense control, and taking proactive actions for improvement.
- Lead and develop employees, including learners and interns, to ensure they have the skills and motivation needed to meet business goals.
- Effectively schedule staff in line with labour policies and ensure accurate time and attendance records are maintained.
- Drive customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase loyalty, and meet club card participation targets.
- Collaborate with the clinic and healthcare aisle to offer a comprehensive healthcare service to customers.
- Promote Clicks Group’s values and vision, driving a high-performing culture that enhances employee satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience post-community service
- Minimum 1 year of people management experience
- Registration as a Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC
- Retail pharmacy experience (desirable)
