Job Overview
We’re looking for a Production Administrator – Finance to join our team at the Westmead Factory. If you have experience in food manufacturing, inventory management, SAP, reporting, and strong Microsoft Excel skills, this role is for you! You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate data capture, monitoring inventory, analyzing variances, and supporting financial processes to optimize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Process Order Management:
- Manage high-volume daily, weekly, and monthly process orders.
- Settle and close orders while processing waste data.
- Maintain waste registers, reconcile variances, and provide insights.
Variance Analysis:
- Analyze process variances and prepare weekly reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Waste Tracking & Reporting:
- Maintain weekly and year-to-date waste registers.
- Collect and analyze waste data, investigate variances, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Validate and upload waste reasons into Shopware.
Inventory Control:
- Coordinate and participate in monthly, mid-year, and annual stock counts.
- Investigate variances, update SAP, and monitor inventory levels.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Capture daily manufacturing stats and month-end production data in SAP.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including labour efficiency and waste performance metrics.
- Prepare detailed stats for finance and technical teams.
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in manufacturing, preferably food production.
Qualifications:
- Matric + BCom (Accounting/Management Accounting), National Diploma, or BTech in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Expertise in inventory management and financial processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
