We are looking for a Call Centre Agent who will provide customers with exceptional service by ensuring their needs are understood and requests are processed promptly. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering individual results through personal effort and skill.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephonic communication with clients to deliver accurate product information following standards and protocols.
  • Drive growth and profitability in line with cost management.
  • Resolve all customer queries efficiently, ensuring all communications are professional and completed within deadlines.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of products, pricing, application processes, and timelines to achieve relevant service targets.
  • Ensure efficiency in service productivity and performance in the Call Centre.
  • Report on Call Centre activities to improve business results and contribute to performance outcomes.
  • Comply with governance regarding audit requirements and legislative standards.
  • Ensure client feedback and issues are accurately recorded on the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate

  • NQF Level 5 qualification
  • 1 to 2 years’ related experience
  • Experience with Hogan and/or Call Centre CRM systems
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work well under pressure
