Job Description
As a Support Advisor FAIS at FNB, you will provide exceptional advice, support, and/or sales through excellent service and a deep understanding of products to ensure an outstanding banking experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver advice, support, and sales to provide clients with superior banking solutions.
- Act responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.
- Continuously assess your performance, request feedback, and pursue training opportunities.
- Assist with profit growth through sales and acquisition of new clients.
- Engage proactively with client portfolios to optimize benefits, fees, returns, etc.
- Identify and manage sales opportunities while managing the leads pipeline effectively.
- Provide timely information for decision-making by reporting on transactional and process activities.
- Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.
- Provide efficient administration through careful and timely planning, reporting, and updates.
- Ensure customer expectations are exceeded by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently.
- Focus on growth by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and expanding the customer base.
- Contribute to a service excellence culture by building positive relationships and fostering feedback.

- Strong knowledge of banking products and services.
- Excellent communication and sales skills.
- Client-focused, with a drive to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in a customer service or sales-related role.
