Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Clerk to join our team and ensure efficient sales operations and stock management at our retail branch. If you have a passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
- Promote additional products to enhance sales.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers or procurement.
- Receive stock, verify quantities, and ensure correct pricing.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts.
Experience in irrigation products will be an advantage.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
✔ Grade 12 (Matric)
✔ At least 1 year of experience in a direct sales environment
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
✔ Good knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range
✔ Computer literacy
✔ Understanding of customer service principles
✔ Knowledge of sales policies and procedures

✔ Strong interpersonal skills
✔ Customer-focused mindset
