Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Personal Assistant, your role will be crucial in maintaining the company’s administrative systems and supporting essential functions. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

Project and Workflow Management

  • Using Trello or Asana to manage property project workflows.

  • Liaising with utility providers, tenants, and contractors when required.

  • Preparing reports on rental income, expenses, and certifications.

Financial Administration

  • Tracking property expenses and preparing data for the bookkeeper.

  • Managing monthly invoices and bills related to rental properties.
