Job Overview: Divisional Manager – Hygiene and Pest Control
The Divisional Manager: Hygiene and Pest Control (Coastal) will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple contracts across the region. This portfolio also includes responsibility for inland business operations, which will require regular travel to manage teams and contracts effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As a Divisional Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership

Implement and maintain Hygiene and Pest Control policies and procedures across all sites.

Provide strong leadership to operations teams and ensure effective contract management.

Manage labour, equipment, and consumables in line with budgeted standards.
Financial Management

Oversee all financial aspects of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Ensure budgeted margins are achieved and costs are effectively controlled.

Client and Customer Relationships
