Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling new Hyundai vehicles, ensuring top-tier customer interactions and contributing meaningfully to dealership sales targets. This position requires a blend of product knowledge, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.


Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Actively market, promote, and sell new Hyundai vehicles to walk-in clients and leads generated by the dealership

  • Deliver accurate product demonstrations and highlight key features, technology, safety benefits, and value propositions

  • Provide information that helps customers make informed, confident buying decisions

  • Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and terms professionally and in line with dealership guidelines

  • Ensure all documentation relating to sales transactions is completed accurately and efficiently

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Maintain regular communication to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

  • Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Hyundai’s brand values and Motus Corporation’s service standards

  • Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities

Sales Targets & Performance

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

  • Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings and performance reviews

  • Attend ongoing training sessions, workshops, and product launches to stay informed and competitive

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions


Minimum Requirements

Essential

  • Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Deep understanding of new vehicle models, features, and value propositions

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Advantageous

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • Experience selling Hyundai vehicles or previous work within Motus Corporation

  • Knowledge of digital sales tools and CRM systems
