Role Overview
The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting and selling new Hyundai vehicles, ensuring top-tier customer interactions and contributing meaningfully to dealership sales targets. This position requires a blend of product knowledge, strong communication abilities, and the confidence to engage effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Sales & Customer Engagement

Actively market, promote, and sell new Hyundai vehicles to walk-in clients and leads generated by the dealership

Deliver accurate product demonstrations and highlight key features, technology, safety benefits, and value propositions

Provide information that helps customers make informed, confident buying decisions

Negotiate pricing, trade-ins, and terms professionally and in line with dealership guidelines

Ensure all documentation relating to sales transactions is completed accurately and efficiently
Relationship Management

Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Maintain regular communication to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty

Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Hyundai’s brand values and Motus Corporation’s service standards

Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and identify future sales opportunities
Sales Targets & Performance

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings and performance reviews

Attend ongoing training sessions, workshops, and product launches to stay informed and competitive

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Minimum Requirements
Essential

Demonstrated experience and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Deep understanding of new vehicle models, features, and value propositions

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
