Position Overview

The Clerk: Price File, Fees and Tender will support the company’s government business tendering and pricing processes. This role ensures efficient maintenance of price files, management of tender processes, and the application for Single Exit Price (SEP) increases. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive, with a strong understanding of public sector healthcare and pharmaceutical market dynamics.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage company price files in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Apply for Single Exit Price (SEP) increases per Government Notices.
  • Coordinate and manage log fee and data fee profiles.
  • Create and maintain relationships with senior Department of Health managers, depot managers, and public health stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with DoH reporting requirements.
  • Represent Adcock Ingram at key customer events nationally, provincially, and at district level.
  • Proactively develop methods to improve customer service levels.
  • Efficiently handle and resolve customer queries and challenges.
  • Uphold and represent the values of Adcock Ingram in all interactions.

Minimum Requirements

  • BCom Accounting degree or equivalent.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in tender management processes.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market with understanding of the public health environment.
  • Experience in public sector territory management is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy: Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
