Position Overview

The Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist will lead high-end residential projects from concept to completion. This role involves producing detailed designs, managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, technically skilled, and highly organised, with a proven ability to manage architectural projects of significant complexity and luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Produce detailed design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation using Revit
  • Ensure projects comply with municipal regulations, building codes, and industry standards
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, contractors, and consultants
  • Mentor junior architects and technologists, fostering skill development and design excellence
  • Support the success and growth of the practice through proactive initiative and leadership

Minimum Requirements

  • BTech in Architecture, BArch degree, or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 6 years’ professional experience in architecture
  • Proven experience across all architectural work stages, from concept design to construction completion
  • Strong technical skills including construction detailing, project coordination, and architectural documentation
  • Proficient in Revit for design and documentation purposes
  • Knowledge of municipal legislation, building codes, and high-end residential project requirements
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and client management skills
