Position Overview
The Admin Assistant – NTK Retail role is ideal for candidates seeking entry-level administrative jobs, retail support roles, or agricultural office assistant positions in South Africa.
You will be responsible for handling internal administration, stock documentation, GRV processing, client service, and general office support within the retail division.
This role is suitable for individuals who are detail-oriented, organised, and able to work accurately in a structured retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Maintain high standards of office administration
- Process invoices and goods received vouchers (GRVs)
- Handle stock claims and documentation
Stock Control
- Issue and monitor GRVs
- Assist with stock reconciliation and deviation reports
- Support stock control processes
Customer & Internal Service
- Provide client service support
- Communicate effectively with internal teams
- Maintain professional administrative communication
Risk & Compliance
- Minimise operational risks through accurate processing
- Ensure compliance with company procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
Experience
- Experience in agriculture or retail industry (advantageous)
Technical Skills
- MS Word and MS Excel proficiency
