Position Overview
The Senior Branch Marketer – NTK Retail role is ideal for professionals seeking agricultural retail management jobs, branch marketing careers, or senior retail supervisory roles in South Africa.
You will support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, improving sales performance, managing stock, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations Support
- Assist with daily branch operations and workflow coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Step in for Branch Manager when required
Financial & Sales Support
- Monitor sales performance, expenses, and budgets
- Contribute to branch financial controls and reporting
- Support revenue growth initiatives
Stock Management
- Oversee stock receiving and merchandising
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering
- Conduct stock takes and manage claims
Customer Service
- Resolve customer queries and complaints
- Maintain high service standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
Staff & Leadership Support
- Assist with shift planning and staff supervision
- Support coaching and employee development
- Promote teamwork and productivity
Marketing & Compliance
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements
- Support branch visibility and growth strategies
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience in agricultural retail
Technical Skills
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic financial understanding
