Position Overview
The Creditors Clerk role is ideal for candidates seeking finance jobs in Mpumalanga, accounting clerk vacancies, or entry-level finance careers in South Africa.
You will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payments, ensuring accurate and timeous financial processing within the creditors department.

Key Responsibilities
Invoice & Payment Processing
- Process supplier invoices accurately
- Prepare and process creditor payments
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly
Reconciliations & Accounts Management
- Perform monthly creditor reconciliations
- Follow up with suppliers and branches
- Resolve account discrepancies
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate filing systems
- Perform general finance and office administration tasks
- Support the finance team with daily operations
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12
- Mathematics and Accounting as school subjects
Experience & Skills
- Relevant finance or accounting experience (advantageous)
- Computer literate (MS Office essential)
