Position Overview
Motus Corporation is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative – Vehicles (Auto Pedigree, Paarl) to join its growing team.
This entry-level opportunity is ideal for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, engaging customers, promoting vehicle sales, and building long-term client relationships within a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Drive strategies to grow revenue and expand customer base
- Identify new sales opportunities and market leads
Customer Engagement
- Engage with customers in-person and telephonically
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Conduct test drives and assist with required documentation
Product Knowledge & Showroom Support
- Develop strong understanding of vehicle features and specifications
- Assist with showroom setup and vehicle displays
- Promote Auto Pedigree products and services effectively
Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage customer expectations and ensure service excellence
- Handle customer queries and escalations professionally
Sales Administration
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation
- Support compliance requirements within the dealership
- Ensure proper tracking of all sales activities
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years’ sales or customer service experience
- Valid Code 08 driver’s licence (unendorsed) and own transport
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of automotive industry (advantageous)
- Understanding of retail compliance (advantageous)
- Ability to communicate in local languages (advantageous)
