Position Overview: Prepper – Malekane
Pedros is currently recruiting for a Prepper position at a new and busy store in Malekane, Steelpoort. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The successful candidate will ensure that food products are prepared and handled according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), maintaining high standards of hygiene, quality, and speed of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with SOP
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards
- Prepare menu items efficiently according to SOP guidelines
- Maintain high speed of service while ensuring product quality
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Support kitchen operations and assist team members when required
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
