Position Overview: Prepper – Bethal
Pedros is currently recruiting for a Prepper role at an upcoming high-performance store in Bethal. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and are passionate about food preparation and customer satisfaction.
As a Prepper, you will play a key role in ensuring that ingredients and menu items are prepared according to standard operating procedures (SOP), while maintaining hygiene, quality, and speed of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to SOP
- Ensure strict food safety standards are followed at all times
- Prepare menu items efficiently according to SOP guidelines
- Maintain speed of service without compromising quality
- Provide excellent customer service and support team members
- Assist with general kitchen operations and preparation tasks
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Good verbal communication skills
