Position Overview: Marketer – Input Products
TWK Agri is seeking a driven and experienced Marketer: Input Products to join its Trade division in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands.
This role is focused on sales growth, customer relationship management, and agricultural product marketing. You will work closely with farmers, providing tailored solutions while expanding the company’s client base.
📍 Important Note: This position is advertised across multiple locations (Howick, Mooi River, Pietermaritzburg, and Greytown), but only one role is available, and final placement will depend on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and stakeholders
- Provide expert advice on agricultural input products
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
- Promote and sell agricultural input products
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
- Identify and engage prospective customers
- Conduct regular visits to key and potential clients
- Deliver excellent customer service and support
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- 3–5 years’ experience in agricultural sales and marketing
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
Advantageous Qualifications
- Qualification in Agriculture, Marketing, or Sales
- AVCASA Certificate
- BASOS Certificate
