Position Overview: Admin Assistant (Administrative Jobs South Africa)
VKB Group is currently recruiting a detail-oriented Admin Assistant for its NTK Retail branch in Tom Burke. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking entry-level administrative jobs in retail, agriculture, and finance support.
The successful candidate will support daily administrative operations, stock control, and financial processes to ensure efficient branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of administration and record-keeping
- Process Goods Received Vouchers (GRVs) and invoices
- Handle stock claims and monitor deviation reports
- Assist with audit processes and compliance requirements
- Manage and control bank transactions and petty cash
- Perform accurate filing and document management
- Provide excellent client service and support
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Perform general administrative duties as required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF Level 4
- Basic administrative experience (agriculture industry experience advantageous)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Strong numerical ability
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Clear criminal record
