Are you a senior digital marketer with a passion for artificial intelligence, growth strategy, and B2B technology? An exciting remote opportunity is available for an experienced AI & Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager through Hire Resolve.

You will join Cape Town-based sales team at Capefoxx, one of Europe’s market leaders in the trade of used software, and take ownership of the company’s digital growth and content strategy.

About the AI & GTM Manager Role

This strategic role combines digital marketing, AI automation, SEO, and sales enablement. You will design and execute data-driven campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy and Execution

  • Design and execute Capefoxx’s digital and content GTM strategy.
  • Build scalable marketing systems that support the sales pipeline.

Multi-Channel Campaign Management

  • Run campaigns across:
    • Email marketing
    • SEO
    • Social media
    • Inbound marketing

AI and Automation

  • Build automated customer journeys.
  • Use:
    • Salesforce Marketing Cloud
    • Claude

Content and SEO

  • Create thought leadership articles, guides, and landing pages.
  • Develop SEO strategies for European markets.

Website Optimization

  • Manage and optimize WordPress websites.

Performance Analytics

  • Track KPIs, ROI, and lead conversion metrics.

Minimum Requirements

Experience

  • 10+ years in:
    • Digital Marketing
    • Growth Marketing
    • GTM Strategy
    • B2B SaaS Marketing

Essential Skills

  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle
  • Daily use of AI tools
  • Excellent English writing and storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
