About the Social Media Manager / Content Creator Role

This role focuses on building engaging digital content across multiple consumer-facing brands. You will be responsible for capturing, creating, and managing social media content that drives engagement, strengthens brand identity, and grows online communities.

The position is highly creative and requires someone who understands viral content trends, short-form video, and social-first storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create and publish weekly content across multiple brands
  • Produce reels, TikTok videos, carousel posts, and static content
  • Capture photo and video content at events and activations
  • Develop trend-driven campaigns aligned with brand goals

Video & Photo Production

  • Capture lifestyle, event, and promotional content
  • Edit content for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta platforms
  • Repurpose high-performing content for improved reach

Community Management

  • Manage online engagement across social platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions
  • Coordinate user-generated content (UGC) campaigns
  • Collaborate with content contributors and influencers

Marketing Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing teams on campaign alignment
  • Support promotional and seasonal campaigns
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across platforms

Paid Social Support

  • Assist with boosted posts and Meta ad promotions
  • Monitor engagement and performance of content campaigns

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

Experience

  • 1–3+ years experience in:
    • Social Media Management
    • Content Creation
    • Digital Marketing

Technical Skills

  • Strong content creation skills across:
    • Instagram
    • TikTok
    • Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong creative and visual storytelling ability
