About the Jetour New Car Sales Manager Role
The New Car Sales Manager will oversee the entire new vehicle sales department for the Jetour franchise within Multifranchise Cape Town. The successful candidate will lead sales operations, mentor dealership staff, manage sales targets, optimize profitability, and maintain strong customer relationships.
This role requires an experienced automotive sales leader who understands dealership operations, customer engagement strategies, CRM systems, and automotive market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Department Management
- Lead and manage the new vehicle sales department
- Set sales goals, performance targets, and revenue objectives
- Drive consistent vehicle sales growth and dealership profitability
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team
- Create a high-performance dealership sales culture
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction levels

Minimum Requirements
