Route Deliveries & Dispatch Compliance

Verify delivery parcels together with the supervisor prior to vehicle loading, adhering strictly to Dispatch Loading SOPs.

Execute parcel deliveries along assigned route schedules and trip sheets, ensuring zero unauthorized stock transfers between customer shops.

Handle and return all allocated collection slips, return documentation, and signed trip sheets to the POD clerk daily.
Proof of Delivery (POD) & Vehicle Maintenance

Secure customer signatures and enforce full compliance with Proof of Delivery (POD) procedures for every transaction.

Follow Request for Credit (RFC) protocols for returned merchandise or delivery queries.

Take full responsibility for assigned trip sheets to eliminate claims on missing or query-status PODs.
