Route Deliveries & Dispatch Compliance

  • Inspect delivery vehicles before departure and upon return, handing completed inspection checklists to the Dispatch Supervisor every Monday.
  • Immediately report vehicle defects, mechanical faults, or maintenance needs to supervision before leaving premises.
  • Verify delivery parcels together with the supervisor prior to vehicle loading, adhering strictly to Dispatch Loading SOPs.
  • Execute parcel deliveries along assigned route schedules and trip sheets, ensuring zero unauthorized stock transfers between customer shops.
  • Handle and return all allocated collection slips, return documentation, and signed trip sheets to the POD clerk daily.

Proof of Delivery (POD) & Vehicle Maintenance

  • Secure customer signatures and enforce full compliance with Proof of Delivery (POD) procedures for every transaction.
  • Follow Request for Credit (RFC) protocols for returned merchandise or delivery queries.
  • Take full responsibility for assigned trip sheets to eliminate claims on missing or query-status PODs.
  • Clean and maintain assigned delivery vehicles, ensuring top operational condition and professional company image.

Educational Qualifications
